MyGolfSpy Acquisition by GSE and David Blitzer’s Bolt Ventures

WeBrokr is pleased to announce the successful completion of the MyGolfSpy transaction. MyGolfSpy, one of the most well known and respected golf media brands in the world, has received strategic investment from Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (GSE) and Bolt Ventures, the family office of David Blitzer. The transaction was completed through a newly formed entity called Pin High Golf and anchored by MyGolfSpy. WeBrokr acted as the exclusive advisor to the Founder of MyGolfSpy, Adam Beach, on this transaction.

Founded in 2008, MyGolfSpy has built one of the most trusted independent voices in golf media, known for its no-bias, data-driven equipment testing, robotic launch-monitor labs, proprietary testing data sets and a deeply engaged community of avid golfers. Over the past decade and a half, the business has grown into a category defining brand at the intersection of golf gear, performance content, and consumer advocacy. MGS reaches millions of golfers each year across its website, YouTube channel, podcast network, and member community.

The transaction combines GSE’s sports, media and entertainment investment expertise with Bolt Ventures’ fast-growing golf vertical, which already includes investments in Source Golf, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, Jupiter Links Golf Club, TMRW Sports, L.A.B. Golf, KemperSports, and the Golf Source Network.

As the anchor asset of Pin High Golf, MyGolfSpy is positioned to expand its testing capabilities, scale its content and community, and pursue additional opportunities across golf media, data and experiences. Adam Beach continues as Founder and CEO under the new platform.

Logan Abner of WeBrokr had this to say regarding the acquisition:

“Golf is the sport closest to my heart, which made representing MyGolfSpy as personal as this work gets. Adam Beach built one of the most trusted independent golf brands in the game, and the process came with a real structural challenge: media acquirers who don’t speak golf, and golf acquirers who don’t speak media. GSE and Bolt Ventures were the only groups able to operate fluently in both. We couldn’t be more confident about what David Blitzer, Shervin Mirhashemi, and their teams will build through the Pin High Golf platform under Adam’s continued leadership.”
